Red Bitter. A bold and complex aperitif, this strikingly red, Italian-style bitter liqueur is blended with over 20 carefully selected botanicals, giving it a beautifully layered bitterness and exceptional depth.

Developed over three years, The Aperitivo Co. Red Bitter delivers the bracing bitterness of traditional Italian bitters, softened by a delicate sweetness from orris root, Curaçao oranges, and cherry stalks. It is further enhanced by a rich selection of wormwoods for depth and a hint of warming spice from ginseng and rosemary.

Orange - Triple Sec

A quintessential Triple Sec or Curacao liqueur. Famously known as a crucial element in a Margarita, but may also be consumed as a digestif. Our version of this orange flavoured liqueur uses cinchona bark for bitterness, alongside a variety of citrus to add balanced complexity to the four types of orange peels we use.

This reworked recipe brings forward the sweet orange while dropping the bitter. Now in a new 700ml bottle and at a 25%.
