Bottled Cocktails

Our bottled cocktails are simple tweaks on classics. They come ready to drink, keep in the fridge and put in the freezer for half an hour before serving.

Each bottle is 500ml and contains 5 serves.

MARTINI •

LYON DRY VERMOUTH, PSYCHOPOMP WōDEN GIN, CANTON, SILVER NEEDLE TEA

A very wet Martini, with a delicious silver needle tea from Yunnan Provence in China supplied by Canton Tea. Woden Gin & Lyon are best friends with a harmonious balance of grapefruit and fennel.

BLANCO NEGRONI •

REUS BLANCO VERMOUTH, GENTIAN BOTANICAL LIQUEUR, BLANCO TEQUILA, LIME LEAF

Our take on the white negroni, we use a perfectly balanced mix of our Reus Blanco Vermouth, a Blanco Tequila and our Gentian Liqueur as the amaro, with lime leaf.

MANHATTAN •

TURIN SWEET VERMOUTH, CIRCUMSTANCIAL RYE, WALNUT TINCTURE

An equal parts Manhattan, the Rye we have chosen has huge maraschino cherry notes and works exceptionally well with the rich complexity of our Turin Sweet Vermouth. A touch of Walnut tincture brings an aromatic depth in place of bitters.
