Our French style dry vermouth. Green gold in appearance, with hints of zesty lemon, honeysuckle & hay on the nose. Floral & herbaceous to taste, with notes of citrus, elderflower & green apple. Lyon goes well over ice with tonic & a slice of grapefruit, or in a classic cocktail such as a Dry Martini.

Reus - Blanco Vermouth

Our Blanco vermouth in a Spanish style. Scents of baked bread, pears & cut grass fill the nose, while the taste is more savoury & complex. With hints of butterscotch, dried apricots & fresh herbs, there is plenty to excite the palate. Reus pairs well over ice with a touch of soda & a lemon wedge, or in a classic cocktail such as a White Negroni.

Our classic red/sweet vermouth. Glossy amber in colour, with hints of orange peel, cola bottles & winter spice on the nose. Aromatic & bittersweet to taste, with notes of black tea, treacle & chocolate orange. Turin is perfect served over ice with ginger ale & an orange slice, or in a classic cocktail, such as an Americano, Manhattan or Negroni.
