Our Dry Vermouth is green gold in appearance, with hints of zesty lemon, honeysuckle & hay on the nose. Floral & herbaceous to taste, with notes of citrus, elderflower & green apple. Dry Vermouth goes well over ice with tonic & a slice of grapefruit, or in a classic cocktail such as a Martini.

35ml Dry Vermouth, 35ml Gin, dash orange bitters, stir & serve in a coupette with a lemon zest.
