Lyon is our dry vermouth. Green gold in appearance, with hints of zesty lemon, honeysuckle & hay on the nose. Floral & herbaceous to taste, with notes of citrus, elderflower & green apple. Lyon goes well over ice with tonic & a slice of grapefruit, or in a classic cocktail such as a Dry Martini.

50ml Lyon, top with tonic in a highball glass & garnish with a grapefruit slice

Classic Cocktail: Martini

40ml Lyon, 40ml Gin, dash orange bitters, stir & serve in a coupette with a lemon zest
