Our take on a classic Pastis. A typically southern French aperitif, best served long with still mineral water & ice. When diluted, the alcohol turns from a clear amber colour to a cloudy yellow or ‘louches’. The primary flavour is aniseed, with added notes of rosemary & citrus. At a considerable 40% abv, Anise certainly has a prominent personality.
